Welcome to Ninety Restaurant & Bar. By dining with us, making a reservation, booking an event, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Reservations & Seating
Reservations are recommended and subject to availability. Reserved tables or sections may be held for a limited time; late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the reservation. Ninety Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to adjust seating as necessary to accommodate all guests.
Event Bookings
All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits, minimum spend requirements, cancellation policies, and final guest counts may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments
All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, service charges, and gratuities may apply. We accept approved forms of payment only. A valid payment method may be required to secure reservations or events.
Alcohol Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued identification is required. Ninety Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone at its discretion.
Conduct & Dress Code
We strive to maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or intoxication will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate house policies. Dress code may be enforced during special events or peak hours.
Liability
Ninety Restaurant & Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests assume all risk related to food allergies, alcohol consumption, and personal conduct while on the premises.
Photography & Media
By entering the premises, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Changes to Terms
Ninety Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
